The Conscious Tinder Experience - a workshop on performing desire and desirability
by David Bloom

David Bloom (Germany/U.S.) is a choreographer who has previously collaborated on projects by artists such as Felix Ruckert and Tino Sehgal. His dance film Quintet premiered at Berlin’s Porn Film Festival in 2013, followed by Sonata in 2015.

With The Conscious Tinder Experience - a workshop on performing desire and desirability Bloom brings into focus the gap between how we perform our sexuality in the digital age, and our actual connections to those around us. Drawing on his experience from years of practicing ‘conscious sexuality’, choreography, Tantra and BDSM, this workshop will include breathing exercises, working somatically, and diving into improvisational scores based on desires as well as our own projections.
